A real time business application, with jobs being sent to either mobile or smartphone, with no delay and back-end processing.
Jobs are received on the device with a speech alert and message to notify that there is new information waiting to be actioned.
Jobs are progressed through the device, by simplistic one button touch screen operation. En Route, Arrived, POB, Waiting Time, Extras, POD, are some of the many options available.
No need for paper. Pro-Mobile captures all signatures, which are instantly available to view, either through a backend system or the Internet.
Pro-Mobile tracks all drivers in real time and records their position to be displayed on various mapping options.
Devices are monitored by the Professional IT helpdesk, with updates and new programming instantly sent, leading to no unnecessary downtime or devices being returned to the office.
