Many corporate clients now instruct Professional IT to assist them during the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Our Due Diligence Division produces an audit report on the document sent to the bidding companies. This is an effective policing process that allows the client to really understand the strengths and weaknesses of its prospective vendors/suppliers.

Using our own checkpoint list, and drawing on our comprehensive operational industry experience, we capture the data corporate clients really seek in the tender process. This provides total assurance that newly appointed vendor(s) is/are really capable of servicing the contract, to the levels stated within the RFP.
